Job summary

Wellness Warehouse in South Africa is seeking staff with a genuine interest in health and wellness to assist customers, direct them to products, and uphold merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, stock checks, accurate receiving, cash handling, and providing exceptional service while promoting vitamins and supplements. Training and benefits support ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Minimum 1 year retail experience
• A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors
• Basic computer literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
• Competency Assessment Achieved

Responsibilities

• Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers.
• Know layout of store to direct customers to products.
• Opening & closing procedures are followed.
• Ensure all merchandising principles are in place and every item is ticketed.
• Ensure accurate receiving and checking of deliveries.
• Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of expiry dates.
• Cash handling - assist at POS and with cash ups.

Minimize risk through process compliance:

• Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual.
  
• Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates.
  
• Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups.
  

Requirements
