Job summary

CORE is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to back the SME Regional Account Managers in Sandton. You will handle orders, quotations and billing while maintaining CRM data and lead administration to free RAMs for client relationships and growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in admin or sales support, with strong Excel/Outlook skills and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs. A proactive, teamwork-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric and basic business administration exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is advantageous.
• 1–2 years in administrative, sales support or operations coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales and order support to SME RAMs.
• Process orders, quotations and billing with accuracy and speed.
• Manage CRM data, lead administration and reporting.
• Collaborate with RAMs, finance, warehouse and support teams.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues within SLA.
