Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our SaaS sales team, based in or near Kimberley. This entry-level role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospects, initiating conversations, and setting meetings for the Account Executive team.

You will conduct outbound prospecting, understand client needs, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with marketing to refine messaging.

Qualifications

• CRM software familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to identify potential leads for SaaS products.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them as potential customers.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings in the Northern Cape region.
