Placements24 is seeking a highly accomplished Regional Sales Manager to lead its software solutions sales team in the Limpopo province, based in Polokwane. This leadership role involves setting sales targets, coaching and developing the team, and driving strategic initiatives to expand market share.

You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensure CRM adoption, and build strong client relationships with key partners in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in software sales with at least 3 years in sales management.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and solutions.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software sales professionals to achieve regional sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in Limpopo.
