Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Regional Service Operations Manager to lead service delivery teams across the Limpopo province, with focus on Polokwane and surrounding areas. You will optimize field operations, drive customer satisfaction, and manage resources.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in operations or business, at least 6 years in service operations management, strong leadership and CRM/software skills, and the ability to manage budgets and P&L for the service division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in service operations management or related field.
• Proven experience in managing field service teams and optimizing service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of regional service operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and motivate a team of service technicians and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure efficient scheduling and dispatch of service personnel.
• Manage budgets and control operational costs for the service department.
