Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role in SaaS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, client-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM and customer success platforms.
• Passion for technology and helping clients succeed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the company's SaaS product.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Provide proactive guidance and support to help clients achieve their desired outcomes.
• Identify and address potential risks to client retention, developing and executing mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Onboard new clients effectively, providing training and resources to facilitate quick adoption.
• Gather client feedback and advocate for their needs within the company.
• Monitor client health metrics and proactively engage with clients based on data.
• Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and resources.
