Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Previous office administration experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients and Stores to book technical visits.
• Monitor the CCP system for technical visit tickets.
• Monitor the day-to-day activities of drivers and the technical team.
• Plan and schedule drivers' routes and technical visits.
• Create job cards and customer satisfaction surveys for the mobile technical team.
• Manage client expectations regarding technician arrival times.
• Resolve customer queries and assist drivers with operational challenges.
• Effectively supervise and support the technical team.
