Job summary

Placements24 in Rustenburg, North West, is seeking a dedicated Insurance Broker specializing in Personal Lines to help clients protect homes, vehicles and personal assets. You will assess needs, advise on suitable policies and partners, and ensure a smooth policy lifecycle with excellent service.

You will source quotes, explain terms, assist with applications, manage renewals, and nurture long-term client relationships while aiming to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Matriculation (Grade 12) required; FAIS accreditation preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Insurance Broker or similar.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products (home/auto).
• Excellent sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients to identify insurance needs and provide expert personal lines advice.
• Source and compare quotes to secure suitable, cost-effective coverage.
• Explain policy terms, limits, exclusions and conditions to clients.
• Assist with applications and gather required documentation accurately.
• Manage renewals, policy changes and client inquiries.
• Support clients during claims and stay updated on market trends.
