• Develop and present insightful reports and visualizations to coaching staff and players, highlighting key trends, strengths, and areas for development.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the team's playing philosophy and individual player development.
• Collaborate with coaches to set performance benchmarks and track player progress against these benchmarks.
• Assist in opposition analysis, providing detailed scouting reports to inform tactical preparation.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in sports performance analysis within rugby.
• Maintain a database of performance data for current and past academy players in Rustenburg.

Requirements
