Job summary

Haleon, a leading consumer health company, seeks an Net Revenue Management (NRM) Analyst to deliver analytical insights, governance, and decision support across pricing, PPA, promotions, mix management, and trade investment. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Commercial Excellence to translate data into actionable recommendations and robust reporting.

The role emphasises a fact-based volume-to-value mindset and supports embedding an NRM roadmap across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related analytical discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Commercial Analytics, Trade Spend Management, Sales Analytics, or related FMCG/CPG environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modelling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of commercial performance drivers including pricing, promotions, trade investment, sales growth, and margin management.
• Strong attention to detail and data governance.
• Excellent communication to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pricing, promotion, mix, and trade investment analyses to identify growth, margin, and revenue optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain NRM scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting to monitor key trends.
• Support pricing reviews by analysing benchmarks, competitor activity, and financial impacts.
• Contribute to PPA reviews through data analysis and recommendations.
• Evaluate promotional effectiveness through pre- and post-event analyses.
• Monitor portfolio and channel mix performance and support SKU prioritisation and rationalisation.
• Support governance through accrual tracking, claims verification, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
• Prepare periodic NRM diagnostics and insight packs for commercial leadership.
• Maintain NRM tools, databases, models, SOPs, and governance documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Excellence stakeholders for planning processes.
• Support annual planning cycles, forecasting, and reviews by quantifying impact of pricing, promotions, mix, and spend.
• Identify opportunities to simplify reporting and automate analyses.
