Job summary

The Revenue Growth Management Company in Johannesburg is seeking a full-time RGM Analyst to support the design and optimization of pricing and promotional strategies. You will analyze trade investment performance, revenue trends, and customer data while building and maintaining reports and dashboards.

You will work with internal teams and client stakeholders to present findings, recommend improvements to trade plans, and track impact.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate into business actions.
Revenue management and revenue analysis skills, including pricing, promotions, and trade investment optimization.
Effective communication to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Foundational finance skills including understanding of P&L, margin, and profitability drivers.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze trade investment performance.
Interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Support design and optimization of pricing and promotional strategies for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to present findings.
Contribute to continuous improvement of SaaS tools and methodologies.
