Job summary
Haleon plc. is seeking an NRM Analyst to support profitable growth by delivering analytical insights across pricing, price-pack architecture, promotions, mix management and trade investment.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Commercial Excellence to translate data into actionable recommendations and ensure robust governance and reporting. The role focuses on embedding a fact-based volume-to-value mindset and executing the NRM roadmap through data-driven analysis and governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor level degree in analytics or related field.
- 2–5 years in Commercial Finance, Revenue Growth Management, or related FMCG analytics.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Perform pricing, promotions, mix and trade investment analyses.
- Create and maintain NRM scorecards and dashboards.
- Support pricing reviews with benchmarking and financial impact analysis.
- Contribute to PPA reviews and pack-price assessments.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI post-event analysis.
- Monitor portfolio/mix performance and assist SKU prioritisation.
- Support governance for Gross-to-Net and trade spend reporting.
- Prepare diagnostics and insight packs for leadership.
