Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an Revenue Growth Management Lead in South Africa to drive NRM initiatives, pricing strategy, and portfolio optimization. You will translate data into actionable plans, partner with Customer Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain, and lead growth initiatives across brands and channels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven NRM/RGM experience is a pre-requisite for the role.
• 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG or commercial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of NRM initiatives across pricing, pack-price architecture, mix, promotions, and trade spend.
• Generate data-driven insights with clear actions and measurable KPIs.
• Track and analyse performance across P&L, revenue, volume, and market share.
• Continuously improve tools, methodologies, and analytics capability.
• Partner closely with Customer Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive growth.
