Haleon in South Africa seeks a Net Revenue Manager to drive profitable growth by developing and executing NRM strategies across pricing, promotions and trade investments. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to implement a disciplined, volume-to-value approach.

You will lead governance, analytics and decision-making to optimise margins, with strong experience in pricing, PPA and portfolio mix. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualificações

• 5–10+ years of experience in Net Revenue Management, Commercial Finance or related roles in FMCG/CPG.
• Experience delivering on core NRM levers: pricing, price pack architecture, promotions, mix and trade investment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Net Revenue Management roadmap across pricing, PPA, promotions, mix and trade investment.
• Lead pricing and PPA recommendations by brand, pack and channel to balance competitiveness and margins.
• Drive promotional effectiveness by evaluating performance and translating insights into future plans.
• Steer portfolio and mix management decisions to improve value capture and SKU rationalisation where needed.
• Provide NRM input into planning and performance management, quantifying price, promo and mix impact.
