Job summary

DigiOutsource in Cape Town is seeking a driven marketing professional to own retention programs and governance. You will analyze customer data, develop lifecycle marketing programs and work with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys.

The role emphasizes project management, strong communication skills and a data-driven approach to improve engagement and retention in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Finance Administration.
2+ years in iGaming or digital retention marketing preferred.
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and charts.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present complex ideas clearly.
Proven project management experience with on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end retention strategies and governance.
Analyze customer data to inform lifecycle marketing programs.
Collaborate with marketing, product and analytics teams to optimize journeys.
Manage projects using Jira and other PM tools; ensure on-time delivery.
