Job summary

Betway Africa is seeking aRetention Marketer to map and grow retained customer value in the South African market. You will lead retention campaigns, segment audiences, and collaborate with CX and marketing teams to maximize activity and revenue.

Ideal candidates have a marketing degree, at least 3 years in marketing within the betting or online gaming space, and a proven ability to drive data-driven results through strategic campaigns and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Marketing degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing, preferably in betting or online gaming.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement retention campaigns across the SA market.
• Manage retention lifecycle calendar and localised campaigns.
• Analyze customer data to improve retention and revenue.
• Collaborate with CX and web marketing teams to test interventions.
• Measure outcomes with pre/post analyses and report results.
