Job summary

TechMarkit is launching an ambitious retail expansion and seeks a Marketing Executive to build strategy and execution from the ground up. You will lead planning across the retail portfolio, drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth through integrated campaigns spanning digital, retail, social, PR and promotions.

This senior role requires 10+ years of marketing experience in retail or consumer electronics, hands‑on leadership, and a proven ROI track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 in senior leadership.
• Proven success delivering retail, FMCG, or consumer electronics campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns in fast-paced environments.
• Strong budget management and stakeholder negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy and retail calendar across multiple brands.
• Develop integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, and experiential channels.
• Lead planning, implementation, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
• Monitor KPIs, ROI, and optimize channel allocations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and internal teams; brief creative assets.
