Job summary

TechMarkit is seeking a Store Manager to drive store performance, lead a high-performing team and optimise operations. You will oversee sales, stock control, admin, merchandising, compliance and customer service, ensuring company policies are followed and targets are met.

The role requires 3-5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership and a focus on profitability, with a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential
• Retail management qualification is advantageous
• Experience leading and developing retail teams preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through the team
• Lead and coach staff with regular performance reviews
• Manage stock control, receiving, merchandising and pricing
• Ensure store compliance with company policies and budget
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and handle escalations
• Coordinate with Head Office on initiatives and reporting
