Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to spearhead online sales growth and digital initiatives. This fully remote role requires a strategic, data-driven leader who can drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across SEO, SEM, social, email, and affiliates.

You will oversee all digital marketing activities, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales, product, and customer service to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong e-commerce focus.
• Proven track record in multi‑channel campaigns and ROI optimization.
• Strong analytics using marketing analytics platforms and GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across SEO, SEM, social and display ads.
• Lead email marketing campaigns with segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI and coordinate with other teams.
