Job summary

TechMarkit, a dynamic technology retail and distribution business in Gauteng, seeks a Business Operations Coordinator to support key initiatives and drive efficiency across the organisation.

You will coordinate projects, support procurement activities, and provide operational support to senior leadership. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong commercial acumen, and comfort with data, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BCom or equivalent commercial degree required.
• Minimum 2 years' professional work experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in AI tools and productivity tech.
• Experience with procurement, supplier management, or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track business projects from initiation through to completion.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the General Manager and leadership team.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and operational reports using Excel and AI-powered tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
• Support supplier onboarding, procurement-related projects, and governance compliance.
• Assist in preparing business cases, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
