Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager for our George, Western Cape branch. You will drive sales, lead a diverse team, and ensure outstanding customer experience and operational efficiency in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of progressive retail management experience, strong leadership, budgeting and P&L skills, and a passion for delivering results while upholding brand standards. Hybrid working arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Proficient in budgeting and P&L analysis.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Adaptable to fast-paced retail environments.
• Experience with POS systems and retail software.
• Willing to reside in George, Western Cape or relocate.
• Open to hybrid working arrangements for strategic meetings.

Responsabilités
