Job summary

Quantum Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Retail Store Manager for a busy Durban branch in KwaZulu-Natal. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team, drive sales growth and uphold exceptional customer service standards across all functions from inventory to staff supervision.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in retail management, strong leadership and financial acumen, and experience with POS systems. A related qualification is a plus.
