Job summary

TFG (The Foschini Group) in Durban is seeking an experienced Store Manager to drive turnover, control expenses and lead stock management while upholding our customer service standards.

The role requires Matric and at least 3 years retail experience with 1 year in store leadership. You will recruit and develop staff, execute merchandising standards and build customer loyalty across our brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
