Job summary

TFG is seeking a Store Leader for our Fabiani brand in Durban to drive turnover, manage expenses, and reduce shrinkage while leading a high-performing team.

You will recruit and develop staff, execute in-store merchandising standards, and ensure outstanding customer service aligned with our strategy. The role requires a Matric and at least 3 years retail experience with 1 year leadership experience, offering growth opportunities within the TFG group.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
