Job summary

TFG in Durban is seeking an experienced retail leader to drive turnover, control expenses, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will recruit, develop and manage staff, implement in-store merchandising standards, and safeguard stock integrity.

With a Matric certificate and at least 3 years in retail including 1 year in store leadership, you will partner with the team to meet targets and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
