• Achieve and support store monthly sales targets (turnover, UPT, ATV)
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide feedback to team
• Drive conversion rates through active selling and customer engagement
• Supervise and support team members to meet sales KPIs
• On-the-floor coaching and regular performance feedback
• Assist in managing staff attendance, punctuality, and productivity
• Support implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs)
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service aligned to Footgear standards
• Monitor and reduce customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Drive customer engagement behaviours (greeting, upselling, product knowledge)
• Oversee stock accuracy through counts and stock control procedures
• Minimize stock loss by managing shrinkage thresholds
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Drive stock replenishment to ensure product availability
• Ensure store compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain housekeeping and health & safety standards
• Prepare for internal audits and stock takes with accurate documentation
• Ensure cash handling procedures with zero variances
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and campaigns
• Monitor product presentation to drive sell-through
• Position key product lines to maximize sales and visibility
• Conduct regular floor walks to identify merchandising gaps
• Implement promotional displays within timelines
• Ensure pricing accuracy and ticketing compliance
• Maintain consistent visual standards through team accountability
• Assist with daily, weekly, monthly store reporting
• Monitor key store metrics and communicate risks
• Ensure accurate data capture in relevant systems
