Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale.
• Maintain accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote Clicks clubcard and enroll new clubcard members to meet targets.
• Make customers aware of promotions to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping according to store standards.
• Support Clicks' vision to be the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer.
• Keep updated knowledge on products, ranges, promotions and events to provide correct information.
