Qualifications

• Desirable: experience in a customer facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
• Maths and English at Grade 12 level (50% minimum).
• Basic maths calculations.
• Knowledge of stock management procedures.
• Customer service excellence and merchandising principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute all POS operations efficiently and accurately.
• Scan merchandise and process payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Handle cash safely at all times.
• Promote Clicks clubcard and enroll new members.
• Inform customers about promotions to drive sales.
• Deliver superior service as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping per standards.
• Support Clicks vision to be the top health and beauty retailer.
• Keep product knowledge up to date to assist customers.
