Responsibilities

• Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring productivity and accountability
• Ensure staff adhere to customer service standards and company values
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure cash handling, banking, and procedures are followed accurately
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and product knowledge to maximize revenue
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning when required
