Our client, a popular retail chain offering a wide array of general merchandise, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Supervisor to join their team in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal . This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for retail and leadership potential. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales, motivating the sales team, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies, manage daily operations, and contribute to the overall success of the store. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of retail sales associates, providing direction and support.
• Assist customers by answering questions, providing information, and recommending products.
• Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers and encouraging product knowledge among the team.
• Ensure the sales floor is consistently maintained to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stock counts.
