Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Retail Sales Specialist for our Richards Bay store. The role focuses on expert product guidance and personalized service, driving sales of premium offerings and acting as a brand ambassador.

You will train junior staff and support a hybrid work model to service customers both in-store and remotely where applicable. The candidate should have a proven sales track record, excellent product knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail sales, senior or specialist role.
• Able to consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills.
