Job summary

Smollan is seeking a high-energy Sales Consultant to be the face of our brand at the point of purchase in Langebaan. You will drive sales, guide customers through their product journey, and ensure a world-class retail experience every time.

You'll manage kiosk operations, process transactions, and maintain premium merchandising across designated kiosks, while delivering exceptional service, upselling where appropriate, and collaborating with a busy retail team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS/retail admin processes.
• Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and upsell products at the point of purchase.
• Process cash and card transactions and follow POS SOPs.
• Manage kiosk inventory and stock replenishment; perform stock takes and IBTs.
