Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience is advantageous.
• Able to work retail shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer literacy.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and upsell to meet targets.
• Handle kiosk operations and POS transactions.
• Manage cashups, banking, and POS procedures.
• Maintain stock, housekeeping, and visual merchandising.
• Assist customers with product queries and troubleshooting.
