Job summary

Smollan is seeking a Sales Consultant to be the face of our brand at the point of purchase. You will drive sales, guide customers through their product journey, and manage kiosk operations to deliver a world-class retail experience.

You will handle POS transactions, stock replenishment, merchandising, and customer support, working across designated kiosks and maintaining high standards. Flexibility for weekends and occasional night work is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage customers and build relationships.
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to work under pressure in a sales environment.
• Detail-oriented administration and accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a retail team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service and actively sell products to meet daily/monthly targets.
• Process cash and card transactions and manage POS procedures.
• Take ownership of kiosk stock, be involved in stock takes, and manage replenishment.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and keep kiosk clean and organized.
• Assist customers with product questions and troubleshoot using product knowledge.
