CTM Africa is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in South Africa. You will assist customers in selecting the best products, drive sales through proactive engagement, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication, fluency in Afrikaans and English, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, along with a keen eye for trends and stock management.

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in a Sales Consultant position. Theideal candidate should be passionate about customer service and have a strong understanding of the salesprocesses and actively strive to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the best products to meet their
  needs, and handle all customer queries.
• Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
• Ensure that merchandising and displays are appealing and aligned to sales focus and market and fashion
  trends.
• Execute proper stock management by maintaining stock levels, manage stock turn and stock losses.
• Conduct audits on all key business processes and areas within the store according to agree parameters.
• Drive a culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement and a high standard of work
  performance.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Afrikaans and English is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
