Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited seeks a Retail Operations Support Manager to lead a centralized operations support function. You will ensure rapid, effective resolution of store-level issues across pricing, promotions, replenishment, and execution in line with strategic priorities.

You will manage a high-performance, SLA-driven team, collaborating with Pricing, Inventory, IT, and Commercial functions, driving continuous improvement and accountability across the network.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field, or 5 years’ experience with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing operational teams in SLA-driven environments.
• Experience across store operations and head office functions supporting multi-site retail environments advantageous.
• Experience using data to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring operational issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide centralised operational support to stores for day-to-day execution.
• Define and lead the retail operations support strategy aligned to SLA targets.
• Establish and improve centralized issue resolution across pricing, promotions, replenishment, master data, and store operations.
• Drive reduction of recurring issues through root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Ensure scalable support processes for store teams to operate efficiently.
• Provide visibility to senior stakeholders on trends, performance and risks.
