Responsibilities

• Stock Control: Direct daily morning and evening stock takes; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across store locations.
• Delivery & Customer Service: Oversee the customer care line and inbound sales; manage delivery drivers for on-time, efficient routing.
• Outbound & Marketing: Lead outbound communication targets across phone and social channels; manage Google Business profiles and monthly marketing campaigns.
• Store Supervision: Monitor store fronts via camera systems to maintain service quality, cleanliness, upselling, and punctuality.
• Reporting & Admin: Maintain daily revenue and stock logs, weekly marketing updates, monthly staff performance reviews, and timesheet/payroll prep.
