Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in retail management with operations focus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all store operational functions, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on key operational metrics to senior management.
