Qualifications

• 4 years+ in retail with 1–2 years in supervisory role.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a retail team.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of retail staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Train new employees on store policies, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to merchandising guidelines.
• Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular stock counts.
