Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail management with proven success.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Financial management skills including budgeting and P&L analysis.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in Tembisa, Gauteng.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with POS systems and retail management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in Tembisa.
