Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations including sales, inventory, and merchandising.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A business or retail-related qualification is advantageous.
