About the Role

Our client, a leading specialty retailer, is seeking a sharp and analytical Retail Operations Analyst to join their team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape . This role is instrumental in driving operational efficiency and profitability by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights. You will work closely with various departments, including merchandising, marketing, and store operations, to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and inventory levels to identify key trends and opportunities.

• Support the planning and execution of operational initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements
