Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of retail leasing or commercial real estate sales experience.
• Proven track record of leasing retail space and achieving leasing targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the Durban retail market and lease calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to achieve target occupancy and rental rates.
• Identify and solicit potential retail tenants, building a strong pipeline of prospective businesses.
• Negotiate lease terms, conditions, and rental agreements with prospective tenants.
• Prepare and present leasing proposals and financial analyses to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure retention and facilitate renewals.
