Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail leasing or commercial real estate sales.
• Proven track record of leasing retail spaces and meeting leasing targets.
• Knowledge of the Western Cape market and Mossel Bay area.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated area.

Responsabilités

• Market and lease available retail properties within the client’s portfolio in and around Mossel Bay.
• Identify, solicit, and qualify prospective tenants and understand their space needs.
• Conduct property tours and present leasing opportunities to potential tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates and provisions to secure favorable agreements.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Maintain relationships with existing tenants and address inquiries.
• Analyze market data to inform leasing strategies and pricing.
• Prepare leasing proposals, lease agreements and related documents.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials for vacant spaces.
• Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies.
