Responsibilities

• Support the store management team to provide outstanding leadership to the store team.
• Drive performance through the store KPI’s (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals).
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage merchandise/visual principles.
