Job summary

TFG Limited is seeking a Floor Manager for Jet in King Williams Town. You will support the store management team to provide strong leadership to the store team and ensure operational excellence with a customer-centric mindset.

You will motivate staff, manage priorities, and oversee merchandise and visual standards while driving turnover and other KPIs. The role requires flexibility to meet business needs and a minimum of 3 years in retail with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Customer-centric mindset and focus on service strategy.
• Ability to manage merchandise and visual principles.
