Responsibilities

• Implement a standard greeting protocol.
• Provide assistance by knowing product locations, features, and benefits.
• Establish a clear process for addressing customer complaints, including escalating issues when necessary.
• Follow a standard procedure for stocking shelves, ensuring products are properly displayed and rotated.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and organizing merchandise displays.
• Check quality, rotate stock, remove expired stock.
• Check temperatures/maintain the cold chain (if applicable).
• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards.
• Check correct pricing e.g. labels - Adhere to and maintain security procedures.
• Promote products.
