Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently and securely.
• Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and helpful checkout experience.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and promotions.
• Assist with customer returns and exchanges, following company policy.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Monitor stock levels at the till and replenish as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and security.
• Promote store loyalty programs and special offers to customers.
• Assist with other store duties as needed, such as stocking shelves or tidying displays.
