Clicks Group in Limpopo is seeking a customer-oriented team member to support in-store service excellence. You will assist customers at the point of sale, handle cash securely, promote clubcard rewards, enroll new members and drive promotional activity to boost sales.

The role emphasizes accurate scanning, stock awareness, merchandising, and living the company values to ensure customers feel welcomed and pay less.

Formación

• Basic maths calculations.
• Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles.
• Understanding of stock management procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote the Clicks' clubcard and enroll new clubcard members.
• Deliver superior customer service by being a brand ambassador and providing friendly, professional service.
• Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping in-store.
• Ensure accurate scanning and cash handling.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge on products, ranges and promotions to inform customers.
