Qualifications

• Basic maths calculations
• Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles
• Understanding of stock management procedures

Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment, including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador, staying visible and professional.
• Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping in stores.
• Support the group vision to be the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer by living company values.
